Ambassador Dennis Ross
Ambassador Dennis Ross is counselor and William Davidson Distinguished Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. For more than twelve years, Ambassador Ross played a leading role in shaping U.S. involvement in the Middle East peace process and dealing directly with the parties in negotiations. A highly skilled diplomat, Ambassador Ross was U.S. point man on the peace process in both the George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton administration. Dennis Ross has published seven books relating to diplomacy. His newest book is “Statecraft 2.0,” which focuses on what American diplomacy must do to lead in the new multipolar world reality in which the U.S. has multiple military and economic competitors.

Patt Morrison
Patt Morrison has a share of two Pulitzer Prizes as a longtime Los Angeles Times writer and columnist. As a public television and radio broadcaster, she has won six Emmys and a dozen Golden Mike awards. Her first book, “Rio LA,” about the Los Angeles River, was a bestseller. Her most recent book is, “Don’t Stop the Presses! Truth, Justice, and the American Newspaper.”
