Leah Litman is a professor of law at the University of Michigan, co-host of Strict Scrutiny, and author of the recent NYT Best-Seller “LAWLESS: How the Supreme Court Runs on Conservative Grievance, Fringe Theories, & Bad Vibes. Her scholarship has been recognized with the American Law Institute’s Early Career Scholars Medal & the American Constitution Society’s Ruth Bader Ginsburg Scholar Award.
