August 5 – Theo Baker with Larry Mantle

Theo Baker graduated from Stanford University in June 2026. While a student at Stanford, he was a reporter and editor of the Stanford Daily. Theo’s reporting led to the resignation of then-president of Stanford University and made Baker the youngest-ever recipient of the prestigious George Polk Award. Baker is the author of “How to Rule the World: An Educate in Power at Stanford University,” an acclaimed examination of elite institutions, influence, and making of tomorrow’s leaders. Theo is the son of Susan Glasser of The New Yorker and Peter Baker of the NY Times.
